Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the DigitalXCards platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, submitting an enquiry, or using any part of our services at digitalxcards.in, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

DigitalXCards provides a digital business card creation and hosting service. We:

Create a professionally designed digital card for your business.
Host it at a unique subdomain (e.g., yourbrand.digitalxcards.in).
Include features such as call, WhatsApp, email, UPI, Google Maps, social links, and lead capture forms.
Provide updates to card content upon your request.

3. Account Registration

To access the dashboard and manage your card, you must register with accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Card URL (Slug) Policy

Each digital card is assigned a unique branded URL slug (e.g., yourbrand.digitalxcards.in). You understand that:

Slugs must be unique and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
You may not use slugs that infringe on trademarks, brand names, or violate the rights of others.
We reserve the right to reclaim slugs that are abusive, offensive, or violate our policies.

5. Payment Terms

The current plan is priced at ₹499 per year (subject to change with prior notice).
Payment is required in full before card creation begins.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Renewals must be made before the subscription expiry to avoid service interruption.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use our services to:

Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent business information.
Impersonate any person or entity.
Distribute spam, malware, or harmful content via your card.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Engage in any activity that disrupts or harms our platform or other users.

8. Intellectual Property

The DigitalXCards brand, logo, platform design, and all related software are the intellectual property of DigitalXCard Technologies. You retain ownership of the content you provide (business name, photos, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a licence to use it solely to provide our services.

9. Service Availability

We aim for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary outages. We will not be liable for any losses due to service unavailability.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and card if you violate these terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your subdomain will be deactivated. You may request data export before termination.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigitalXCard Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated terms with a revised date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
